This hour long workshop designed to teach you the basics of consent, boundaries, and how to navigate them with yourself and others. You'll learn:

• Consent basics, what it is, why we need it, and how to get it

• Verbal vs nonverbal consent, how to navigate conflicting cues

• Boundaries, how to set them, what to do after one is crossed
